Navio Group – Founder and CEO, Carlos Castelan, has led the company’s engagement with major national and international brand companies faced with accelerated transformation to exceed customer expectations. AFG Ventures Ltd – Lindley Edwards, CEO, provides a broad network throughout Asia and Australia-New Zealand, specializes in transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestments, fundraising and consulting. Glickman Associates LLC – Kenneth S. Glickman, President, has focused on providing in-depth, executive selection for employment. The firm’s clients include Berkeley National Laboratory and Michigan State University Rare Isotope Beam organization. He serves as Commissioner, State of Michigan Career Education Advisory Commission and Executive Board Member of the Michigan Israel Business Accelerator. Glickman Associates is headquartered in East Lansing, Michigan.

Broadscope Consulting – Brett Sharenow leads Broadscope and in providing business strategy, raising capital from multiple sources including angel investors, venture capital firms, private equity investors, in the context of increasing business value and potential exit. Since its founding in 1995, Broadscope has raised over $720 million for companies in the forms of debt and equity. In addition, the firm has facilitated exits valued at more than $6 billion.
Broadscope is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay area.

Multi-Innovation – Shmuel Silverman, CEO and Founder, provides analysis and optimizing protection of patents. He holds 145 patents and disclosures in sectors that include telecommunications, LoT, smart lighting and sensors. Primary focus is designing and forming patents, with a company’s patent lawyers, that have a minimal set of innovations in a portfolio that maximizes protection. Multi-Innovation is headquartered in Mill Valley, California.

Golden Reach, Ltd – Fred Ledbetter, Managing Partner, honed his international marketing and business development skills within mobile, wireless, ISPs, ASPs and broadband launches that include Russia, United Kingdom, USA, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Czech Republic with companies such as Virgin Connect, Monitor Group (Deloitte), Golden Telecom, Global Telesystems, and Imaginet. At Virgin Connect Fred served as Chief Commercial Officer and directed a 3-year, 50.6% CAGR with 10x customer increase while lowering the cost basis by 20% between 2012-2015. Golden Reach specializes in Strategy and Innovation and is advisor to a portfolio of blockchain companies, a patented 100% green W2E (waste to energy) company, and is marketing and product advisor to companies in diverse industries expanding into international markets. Fred earned an ME in Computer Science from the University of Colorado, an MBA from the University of Puget Sound and executive certificates from MIT/Sloan in Blockchain and AI.
